Simon Webber - Non-Executive Chairman
Simon became involved with McCambridge Group in 2009 as observer and adviser to Barclays Ventures. He was appointed Chairman in December 2010.
Simon has over 25 years experience in senior commercial roles including as Director, Corporate Development at Tomkins plc. Ranks Hovis McDougall was a portfolio business and he worked closely with RHM's extensive bakery interests. He is currently a director of Pasta Foods Ltd, Marshalls Foods Ltd, Logistex Ltd and several other private companies.
Neil Fraser - Group Chief Executive
Neil joined the McCambridge Group in 2009 as Group Commercial Director and was appointed Group Chief Executive in 2010
Neil has over 30 years experience in advisory, senior commercial and general management roles in such businesses as Grant Thornton, Carlsberg, Diageo, Scottish and Newcastle, United Biscuits and Christian Salvesen. In addition to his current role he was appointed Chairman of Produce World Limited in 2011
Michael McCambridge - Deputy Chairman
Michael is Deputy Chairman of the McCambridge Group and is a member of the McCambridge family who founded the business in Ireland in 1945.
Michael has had an active role in the business since 1994 and is Managing Director of the Irish Division. Michael previously worked for Stokes, Kennedy Crowley and Guinness.
Mark Devine - Group Finance Director
Mark joined McCambridge as Strategic Development Director in 2007 and was appointed Group Finance Director in 2009.
Since graduating from Oxford University, Mark has held a number of senior finance positions in both medium and large companies, including General Motors and Pendragon.
Paul Tripp - Managing Director, Soreen
Paul joined McCambridge as Technical and Compliance Director in July 2007 following the acquisition of Inter Link Foods and was appointed Managing Director of the Soreen Division in 2009.
Paul has extensive food manufacturing experience having previously worked at Allied Bakeries and British Bakeries.
