To utilise our efficient, innovative and automated production capability to maintain and develop our market leading position in defined segments of the cake market by optimally identifying and servicing the present and future needs of our customers. In order to achieve this objective we have invested significantly in our operating capacity and consolidating our manufacturing footprint in recent years as well as expanding our development teams. We have invested in excess of £10m in our production facilities since 2007 in order to optimise our production capability.
